Common Questions
We know that going to a new church can be intimidating. Here's some common questions we receive.
Where are we located?
Canvas Church is at 385 Moraga Ave, right in San Francisco’s Presidio.
Is there parking?
Yes! Park in our lot first—and if it’s full, there’s plenty of nearby street parking too.
How long is a service?
Our Easter service is about 75 minutes—live music, a message that’s actually clear, and space to connect with people.
What about my kids?
We’ve got safe, fun kids programming for every child from birth through 5th grade—Canvas Kids is a place your child will love.
I'm exploring my faith. Can I still be a part of Canvas?
Yes! Canvas is a church for everyone—no matter what you believe. If you’ve been thinking about coming back, or you’re exploring faith for the first time, you belong here.
When should I arrive?
We’re hosting three Easter services to make room for everyone—so pick the time that works best for you. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to grab a seat.
What others are saying.
Here's a few reviews we've received on Yelp.

Maya
Canvas is everything I wished for in a church. It has been incredibly healing, and I'm so grateful for this community of heart-centered, honest, and authentic people.

Ashley
The church being in the Presidio is peak SF and the free parking is a nice bonus. If you're looking for a place to grow spiritually and find new connection, this could be it.

Andy
Canvas is a place where I feel like I belong and I don't have to try hard to fit in. I grew up in Costa Rica and It's refreshing that at Canvas they welcome people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Susan
My husband and I actually found Canvas on Yelp, and we've been attending since 2017. We love Canvas because of their focus on social justice and making a tangible impact in the community.
