Here are some questions we get often about Groups.

How frequently will I serve?

You can serve at whatever cadence makes the most sense for you. Whether you want to serve a lot or a little, you create the boundaries and we will always respect that. We believe your spiritual, physical, and mental health matter to us and we are intentional on preventing burnout.

What happens after I join the Dream Team?

You will be invited to a digital meet-and-greet with the leader of the team you signed up for. At this meeting, you will meet the leader, hear the vision of the team, and be given your next steps in the onboarding process where you will be trained and set up for success on your team.

What if I have a unique skill that I'd like to contribute?

We think it's important that you use the gifts God has given you and we want to partner with you on that. If you have a unique talent or skill that you believe can provide value to Canvas, please reach out to us and let us know. We'd love to talk through how we can serve together!
